Plank Wood Flooring

Plank wood flooring is a type of engineered wood flooring that is characterised by long, wide planks of wood. Our planks are made from engineered oak ranging in width from 150mm to 240mm, and in lengths up to 2200mm, with an overall thickness ranging from 15mm to 21mm.

Engineered plank wood flooring provides a cost-effective alternative to solid hardwood flooring, while still providing the look and feel of real wood. Plank wood flooring is ideal for large, free-flowing spaces often seen in both traditional and contemporary design, and is suitable for use over underfloor heating systems.

Not all engineered plank flooring is made to the same standards. Our premium quality plank flooring offers the best price-to-quality ratio available to buy, and is available in an abundance of colours, textures, tones, and finishes.

Plank wood flooring is available in a wide range of styles, colours, and finishes, which makes it easy to find a design that complements your interior decor.

  • Proper cleaning and maintenance are essential for keeping your plank wood flooring looking its best and extending its lifespan. Regular sweeping or vacuuming can help remove dirt and debris that can scratch the surface of your plank wood flooring. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners on your plank wood flooring, as these can damage the finish and the wood itself. Instead, use a cleaner recommended by the manufacturer.

  • There are many types of wood that are suitable for plank wood flooring, but engineered oak is the most popular flooring option, and for good reason. It is durable, readily available, and has a beautiful natural grain pattern. Engineered oak combines the durability of hardwood with the stability of engineered flooring.

  • Yes, plank wood flooring can be installed over concrete. Before installing plank wood flooring over concrete, it's important to ensure that the concrete is level, smooth, dry and free from debris.
