Following the successful installation of Jackevie’s Malbrook Drive plank flooring in key areas of Craigside Manor, Llandudno, the design team continued the theme of rustic elegance by selecting a complementary herringbone floor from the Melrose Collection for additional interior spaces. Known for its coastal charm, Craigside Manor needed a flooring solution that could honour the building’s traditional character while withstanding the demands of a busy hospitality environment. The Melrose Collection was the perfect choice.

Crafted from rustic-grade European Oak, the herringbone blocks feature gently cobbled edges and a lightly distressed surface, capturing the timeless look of naturally aged wood. Each block measures 120mm by 500mm and is finished with a durable UV-hardened oil sheen – offering both authenticity and resilience.

The result is a classic parquet floor that seamlessly blends with the Malbrook Drive plank flooring while adding a refined sense of heritage and detail.
