This project for a popular Liverpool restaurant shows how you can create a brand new, reclaimed-style wood floor. JackEvie created this using a number of unique timber treatments that authentically aged and distressed each plank in the same way as the natural passage of time. Nail effects were also added to complete the authentic look.

The super rustic grade oak allows for knotting to appear in the carefully selected floorboards, which were finished with a matt UV lacquer that makes it hard wearing and easy to maintain.
